SMS Terms

Independent detailers who sign up to take jobs with Crown Mobile Detailing, and the business owner. We don't send marketing texts, and we don't text people who haven't signed up.

When you sign up as a detailer in the Crown Crew app, right under the mobile number field there is a checkbox that is not ticked. Only if you tick it yourself do we text you. It reads:

☐ "Text me job offers. I agree to get text messages about jobs (job offers, job details, schedule changes and cancellations) from Crown Mobile Detailing LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Terms · Privacy

Detailers who already have an account can switch this on or off at any time in the app under Account → Text me job offers, which shows the same statement before turning texts on.

Ticking the box is not required to sign up or to get work. Without it, job offers reach you in the Crown Crew app only.

• "New job: Full Detail, Tue 9am, Henderson, $100. Reply YES to take it."
• The address, vehicle and customer notes for a job you've taken.
• "That job was cancelled, so there's nothing to do. Thanks for answering."

Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting you; you'll get one message confirming it. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP, or email info@crownmobiledetailing.com.
